Zambian Fare in Iowa
My Zambian friends arrived yesterday, and what a treat this will be for our family and church to host these 16 students for a few weeks. In fact, we already got Brooke and Breanna started on the basics of Zambian fare. Just watch...
It was a pleasure to have Justin and Clarence join our family Monday evening. I think they enjoyed the caramel apples we had for snacks and I know they loved talking with Doug.
That just reminded me of home in Zambia, Thank you sharing. I hope the girls will get to like nshima when I make it on Sunday! God bless you all, Thandie Angela and Lexi

I was so blessed by our Zambian Brothers' and Sisters' worship in church today. What a privilege to have them here!
